PvP Patch Notes: Did 'Griefers' Get Removed?

Not EVERYONE doing PvP is a griefer.

I mean, I pirated and attacked other players once or twice, so you could call me one. But Krash?

Krash once lured me out into open with promises of free credits only to conveniently be 156ly away when I was ganked.
I've no way of proving that was an orchestrated effort, but I've put her on the watch list.

I'm sure some players consider me a griefer. I suspect that's how it starts. Rationalizations..
"I'm not wanted"
"I don't carry notoriety"
"... never over 1.. "
"He deserved it"
"He's wanted or he was last week"
"He refused my help!!!"
"I dont like his avatar"
"he uses a docking computer"
"he bumped me coming out of the station!"

I hope I don't wake up in a year and find myself clubbing noobs like the worst of em. For now I'm still Lawful Good ... at least Chaotic Good

That is the sad reality of many in Elite's community. Many view any sort of PvP as just plain old griefing which quite simply, is not the case.
