What level of assists did you go for Jenner?
I chose veteran for the start, which gives all the assists but limits your starting equipment.
I like the auto-pursue thing quite a bit, actually.
Obviously I have no idea how that plays or feels like but in theory it sounds like you have to play "less"? Like the game is playing for you? Or do I have the wrong impression?

Would never have guessed that you could see your cargo in the area where the settings are, and I'd completely missed that you could get the area overview during combat
Now on my second ship, and despite what OA said - the grind is real(Though also fun)
In some ways I'd like the 'let's remove SC times from ED' crew to see how it work in RGO - it makes for faster gameplay but I find it more tiring and sessions tend to be much shorter. Which is either good or bad
Now, I need to do another session, see if I can get used to the different HUD layout on the new ship, I keep looking the wrong way![]()
I haven't played the original so can't comment on that. I don't think the grind is bad, just funny how OA can pretend it's not thereOut of interest have you played Rebel Galaxy (the former game)? That one has a very real grind as well but I actually welcomed it in that case as it gave me a sense of progression and achievement and wasnt really all that bad. So if you have played both how "bad" is Outlaws grind in comparison to the former Rebel Galaxy?

For what it is worthOut of interest have you played Rebel Galaxy (the former game)? There is an obvious money grind, but I really don't seem to mind it. I can ferry cargo, mine, do missions and fight in between. But it really doesn't feel like a grind, more like "let's find the next opportunity to make some more cash".For what it is worth
Although I am still not very far in the game its grind doesnt seem as bad as the original but that could be due to the inability to move up and down in the original <g>
While the grind is probably real in both games it seems to me as less than the first but then again I didnt mind it in that one either.
Take care
