Black adder issue while mining

I was trying to mine some VO and when the collector limpet scoop the material to my ship I have an issue screen "Black adder". Then return to menu.
On reddit I have seen some post complaining about this issue and it is really anoying...

Thank you dev for this update, it seems really cool to buy some cosmetics with playing activity.

It’s broken mining..obviously linked the process to Arx, but now mining is impossible and they have not even acknowledged the issue.

If it is reported, then it will be addressed. You can be sure of that. Mining has become a favorite activity for many. It is a core component of the game.

Are you sure it's not a Black Adam error?

I checked and there is no Black Adder in the refinery or cargohold!!

yeah, that worked for me too, until the next time i logged in then back to the error, apparently you need to change your refinery every time you log in.... immersion...

I got told of a workaround that fixed this for me...simply store your refinery and re-add to ship. I stored mine, but as it was a class A 4, decided to buy another (as can use that on another ship) and since then mining Painite is back to normal with no crashing...hope it helps someone while they fix the underlying cause.!
