I need Anarchy CMDRs for an ambitious project.

Hello CMDRs!

I am about to attempt something that will shake the ED universe to its core. The Project is already being supported by many notorious and talented CMDRs, but we need more. It is time to band together and leave an indelible, lasting legacy in Elite Dangerous.

If I wasn't up in Colonia and had tons of stuff to do already...

All I can offer is full moral support and best wishes. If this is a long term project I'll bear you in mind next time I'm module shopping. Good luck with whatever it is you're attempting.

I don’t think there’s much need for secrecy, mate. It seems pretty obvious that you intend to push a bunch of systems into anarchy (or open a chain of anarchy-themed restaurants?!?)

Which systems... engineers? Faction capitals? All of Colonia? Explorer’s Anchorage? The systems around Shinrarta? All of the above? Somewhere else?

Good luck! I wasn’t around for the Pegasi Pirate War so this could be fun if successful.

Let's just say... It benefits all the outlaws to keep the Wild West wild.

While we rugged individualists aren't always cool with causes, sometimes it makes sense to see a bigger picture.

It came to my understanding that CMDR Bloodsign doesn't have the means to get in contact with the Overlord.
As I'm currently far out in the black on the journey to my pirate home, I call out for loyal servants of Zarek Null to
bring this matter to his attention.
Perhaps CMDR Bloodsign and his plans could be of use to the Overlord...

I don't see that anarchy system on the Gal Map.

Some of those would be impossible.

Superpower capitals are all locked down and unshiftable, as is Shinrarta. (Which rules out a few engineers too, though most of them are doable)
Most of Colonia is theoretically possible but Colonia and Ratraii are locked down.
Explorers' Anchorage doesn't have a native Anarchy faction and there's no way to expand one in. Quite a lot of the other deep space locations are in a similar position.

I'm certainly also curious as to where is possible to shift but interesting enough to need significant effort to do it.
