Really dissappointed FD

Most of the bugs from the update are fixed, why dont you try actually playing the game before you start saying its bad

Oh is that so?
Try playing on Xbox or Ps4 then.
I'm on Xbox and haven't been able to play since the initial update without getting a headache from screen tearing and framedrops.
The draw distance is also screwed up and there are many more bugs not fixed yet.
Most bugs are fixed my arx.

Im too poor for consoles and their 60$ online fee and expensive games

What? Is this a real post? What does arx have to do with anything? Problem with instancing, blame microtransactions? Aside from the fact that developers might work on both things, completely unrelated. Also I'm imagining back end developers and the people working on store/money stuff aren't the same people for the most part.

I'm relatively forgiving of a new feature update having some bugs. What I'm less forgiving of is when a patch specifically designed to fix those bugs introduce even worse bugs! And then the patch to fix the patch makes things even worse still

And now we have yet another patch for the patch for the patch for the update coming this week... When does it all end?

This doesn't even consider the old bugs that have been in the game since forever and probably always will be.

It makes me cry. :(

YMMV.

Xbox CMDR here, and while the screen tearing is annoying (and I am the one who opened the Issue Tracker ticket for it), it's not bothering me so much that I can't play the game.
Also, not noticing any additional frame drops than I am already used to playing on Quality mode on the X.

In fact, most bugs aren't really affecting me at all, at least, not in such a drastic manner that I am any more than mildly inconvenienced by them.

As far as I am aware, the major game-breaking issues are now either fixed or bandaged, allowing to play normally, so this feels somewhat disproportionate at this time.

redacted: I wasn't aware of the power priorities issue.

its fun, actually, its a kind of minigame like the old engineers, somewhen, luckily, you end with your major modules set to some smaller P as the others

You just have to love the "What bugs?" apologists that always come out of the woodwork like carpenter ants any time somebody mentions bugs in this forum.

People wonder why those not playing the game take time to post in the forum. I always wonder the opposite - if the game is so great and bug-free, why aren't you playing it instead of spending all your free time in threads you don't even like?

I'm playing on a big screen 4k oled tv and it realy bothers me to an extent that I can't play anymore.
Although not game breaking but a very big downgrade is the draw distance that got cut in half when flying in a asteroid belt or planetary ring.
And I do notice a strong drop in framerates when things get busy, especially when looking around in the cockpit.
These things were all fine prior to the initial September update.
