Not sure any amount of fertilizer is going to fix this blight. I reckon it's a genetically engineered pathogen that's killing the crops. Probably need some sorta anti-bacterial/fungal/viral spray to kill it? Meanwhile, everyone starves....Looking back at how a bunch of players organized themselves to repair the Witch Head Nebula stations at the end of the last Interstellar Initiative, I wonder if Frontier is thinking we might be willing to make a similar effort to haul Agri-Medicines and/or Rockforth Fertilizer to affected systems to eliminate Blight at the end of this one?
