No communitcation with the players!?!

What happened frontier?
In the beta you answered nearly to all threads. But what happened now? No answers no feedback. Nothing.
I and a lot of more people feel abandon!
We dont get any feedback about our suggestions or buggs. A lot of people cant play the game and told you that but nothing!! No answer!!
Do you really think that silence is a solution?
We get angry beacause of that silence. We heard in the Facebook friday that you hear us and that you need our feedback but we need that too!!
We dont know on which buggs or Improvements you are working on.
This is neccessary to not lose all your players and fans. Think about that. I love the game. But this Situation of Silence is not to endure.

Please Think about it...

I know they cant answer every thread but I personally would love to know what the next patch status is in regards to fixes but also would love to know if in the next patch we finally get more much requested sandbox options as listed here https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/sandbox-options-request.527960/
We do not publish roadmaps.
we are now working on the next couple of post-launch updates to tackle fixes and feedback.

"No answers no feedback. Nothing".
"Abandoned".
I am really puzzeld!

Personally, I find the Planet Zoo team one of the most communicative devs of all the games I follow at game forums. This includes their colleagues from the Elite Dangerous team (which I, in all honesty, didn't follow that close for the last month).

Do people really expect that the will repeat themselves in every single of the basically similar threads with the same topic?
Bo and Chante posted in so many threads, gave so many answers, acknowledged so many bugs and issues they work on.
The answers were given!
How much hand-holding is expected? How much compforting needed? How much reassurance is enough?

Finally, actions speak louder than words.
Today's patch 1.0.2 clearly showed that the coders tackeld many of the reported issues (hopefully successfully; we will see).
Every second line was me: "Hell yea, this is great!". And I am sure, they don't stop short now with their fixing.

I also think some people is being too harsh. We do complain a lot when things go wrong, which is fair, but in the same manner we should celebrate and thanks the ones that work.

The new patch have a lot of fixes that have been specifically brought on the forums. That shows that they’re listening and are putting effort in answering our petitions. We should show our gratitude for this kind of things too. I’m fine with them only addressing some threads if they work on what we ask for. I prefer it over lots of empty promises.

I think a single, pinned thread where acknowledged issues are posted would help. People often don't see posts from a little while back. When the devs responded to my thread about animal socialization I tried to update the other threads on the same issue but didn't get all of them and I know some people didn't see that response.

There is a button on the top of the forums that says Staff/Developer Posts, that should filter. We try to be in as many threads as possible.
