It's raised every few weeks, one day ...
They're asking for a docking request button, nothing to do the the DCBut there is a button bind for the DC/ADC - zero throttle. There is even a dedicated command for that in the options menu.

The other thing is I would like the sc-assist button to be a toggle. So you can select a target and toggle it on, and when you get to a planet (and it puts you into orbit) you can toggle it off.
Very true. Also would help when you get interdiction attempts just before you reach a target - messing with the nav panel while also turning back around to the target often see me doing a loop of shame. Which sc-assist otherwise helps avoidYep, that is desperately needed, especially for those of us who use the SCA to trim a few seconds off our arrival time. It would be nice if the SCA is simple On/Off button or key compatible.
... and just while I'm on the roll with SCA issues... I hate it when you're too far away from a POI for it to register as being behind a planet, and your first indication of this is when you hear your ship crash out of supercruiseThis is because the SCA disengages when it loses a direct line to the target and just lets you carry on in a straight line...
You have been lucky - I've had them try and "land"me in gas giants etc, though I guess I shouldn't have been forum surfingNever had the SCA kick me out of SC yet, looks like my luck has been good.
It happens mostly when I'm SCA'ing to a Conflict Zone, since they're up to just 2Mm away from a planet.Really, damn. I must be lucky then and catch it just at the right time when the target is obscured. All that I have had happen is the SCA disengages and the ship continues on whatever throttle setting I have the HOTAS set to, which is normally zero. Never had the SCA kick me out of SC yet, looks like my luck has been good.
