Looks good but I don't have the foggiest idea how to install it and make it work

LOL.. I don't either. I use a Thrustmaster T.16000M setup.

Thrustmaster's site is pretty good, and it looks like they have info for you.

I have a CH Pro Throttle and CH Fighterstick and I love them. The quality is great and I haven't had any problems that google can't fix. They're not the prettiest but they work awesome! By having both a ALT key and a SHIFT key I can have over 90 binds! It's great because when I play VR I can't be looking for a specific key on my keyboard. I just ordered a CH Pro Pedals and I'm looking forward to it!
