Indeed. As Chris is fond of telling us though, they are in no way a normal business.

I bet getting credit is fun for them. I somehow don't think that Chris drawing a picture of a spaceship is going to cut it for security 😁

Wait. Are you telling me art assets don't count as fixed assets (I kid - especially with the reworks)? But what about the mocap equipment? Or the various other companies that most likely, probably, if you squint after the bridge loan and the Calders' write-off, have to have passable credit for "we won't break your knees" alternative financing?

My prediction for 2021 when ToW 'alpha' is released as a mostly broken and long forgotten thing:

ToW will be p2w bound as it will only allow the player to spawn vehicles/equipment that the player has purchased or earned from the PU or "Pledge" store.

They don't simply give people stuff freely, not even for testing, especially if they believe there is cash to be freshly squeezed from folks.

"Never attribute to malice what can be reasonably explained by incompetence"

(also, what are they doing trying SC instead of finishing book 9? 🤬 )

The year kicked off with a wealth of features and innovations planned and developed.

Oh, my poor sides!

CIG have really mastered newspeak.

Well, I think it is good that we got a load of stuff for the new year. Mind you, it's picking up speed and already is FAR superior to anthing else on the market. SC will become a heavy weight that normal users just can't lift nor understand very soon.
It will require transcendental approach to interface with it - even if they already have a new man-machine interface already in the pipeline.
