Numbers acc. worldometers as of April 9th, 2020, 10:50 UCT +1
Total Cases : 113.296
Total Deaths : 2.349
Recovered/discharged : 46.300 ( <- these are, afaik, "informed" guesstimates )
Active cases : 64.647
Serious or critical : 4.895 ( 8%) <- this is concerning . We were at 5% steady for weeks . Was to be expected ofc. with our new infections exploding starting last week of March . Our HealthCare is not "safe" ( from overload ) yet .
Deaths : 2.349 (5%) <- this is very consistent .
NewCases graph looks encouraging, it is on a shallow decline it looks like . Total acticve cases also is encouraging . Huge numbers of people seem to have recovered ( also expected ), heres hoping we can keep the decline in new infections going to relieve our HealthCare...which is operating close to or at redline in some areas . It has been said if we do not decline fast enough, curfews might be coming for a while

DIVI ICU Beds overview :
www.intensivregister.de
Need to look at 2 nd Tab at top left ( Länder - Tabelle ) . Nationwide ( though not 100% of hospitals reporting yet ), 7.225 ICU beds reported unccupied atmo .
Have not been following national news much lately, so am not up to date on considerations there . As for Bavaria, the State I live in : The vast majority of people is very, very happy about how things are being handled . Majority also does NOT want the contaiment/migiatation measures to end at Arpil 19th ( as has been originally set ), but rather have them going on until we got this wave under control . Despite growing concerns about the economic Situation, most people seem to understand that Health is really important, and seem to have faith in government doing the right things for the economy, too .
In my little "behind the 7 hills" town - approx. 77k people - we have 121 infected, 2 dead acc RKI .
