Riots typically happen when people do care. I have no clue what you are trying to say. Things are evidently not going well, not back to normal and people very much care.
Demonstrations is ok, riots and looting is not, many of these so called activist are paid to start riots, however as my sheriff says, if the loot, destroy your property you can shoot them, and I will. As I said it will soon be back to normal, this is just a glitch in the matrix.

I am wondering, what is this "normal" you speak about ?

Do you think that's air you are breathing now?

our old normal sucked.
I for one really hope that enough eyes have been opened to the fact that we needn’t accept that old normal.
Edit:
Normalisation is actually a very interesting topic. Consider what people would have considered normal 20, 100, 1000 years ago.

People don’t care anymore I see people kiss and hug as usual, riots, yup everything is back to normal.
Yesterday in France there was a street demonstration.

There were 20,000 people on each other.

There are people who don't want to know anything about restrictions and physical distancing.

Crisis rioters?

Yes, that is the narrative. As of today they also now include the clergymen who were tear-gassed to make way for the recent photo op to be part of the conspiracy. In case anyone is wondering what has caused this sudden aggressive flailing around: Volume 5 of the SIC is officially done and about to drop. This was announced by the FBI to the WH two weeks ago, the day "obamagate" was pitched in response. In case you wondered what that was all about; there ya go.

The next two weeks things are going to get... tense.

Yes, this really is not the time to go out socializing/shopping, etc in the US metropolitan areas.
Tried going to a bookstore yesterday. Subluxated a patella just walking because my quads are that weak now. Still having weight loss and malabsorbtion from the surgery. Adopting your adaptations myself, as I can no longer rely on physical abilities as before. It's improved today, can go up the stairs again. Lost about 15 pounds so far. I like the leaner look, but miss the power. In about 2 weeks we can start weight training again - it will be a long road back.
My Mom had an MI while lap swimming. Her brother wouldn't quit either, and died on a workout machine.

Some days, it's great to be a cowardly poodle.

The idea that any appreciable number of rioters are being paid to riot is almost as absurd as the idea that getting back to 'normal' in the context of what sparked these riots is desirable.

Nothing says "justice for the down trodden" like looting pawn stores, iphones and big screen TV's. Seeing a rise in store owners defending their property. Depending on your "leftness" of your local jurisdiction, charges on the store owners seems to go from "murder" to "justified self defense". The circus continues.

I've always been of the opinion that if you cross someone's property line despite a clear warning not to, your continued existence is at the discretion of the property owner. I've also never expected the law to be on my side when it comes to self-defense (a lesson learned the hard way, though fortunately before I was old enough to carry a record into my adult life), so I now take the same steps to conceal any action I take in defense of my person or property as if I were assaulting someone else or committing a burglary. Hardly ideal, but I really couldn't imagine it being any other way, both from a personal convenience perspective, and a criminal justice one.

That said, conflating looting (well, except in the case of police property and no one expects the police to pull any punches) with seeking justice is fallacy. Protesters aren't looters, and looters/vandals (of property that are not instruments of their oppression) aren't protesters, even if some them play the part for cover, or act as hangers-on in the chaos.

The second article specifically mentions that deadly force isn't allowed in defense of property in Nebraska, and references evidence that would paint a much more clear picture of events (and how there was a fairly clear threat against the person of the individual using his firearm in self-defense) than what was available in the case of the Minneapolis pawnshop owner, where the investigation is ongoing.

Not saying your assertion is entirely without merit, but this single point of correlation among all these other potentially relevant factors hardly demonstrates causation.
