Flight schedule update!

By surprise my weekend already starts Friday morning, means I can put that three days into jumping the FC ;)

So we'll definitely reach Wp3 - Eta Carina within the weekend.
There we can decide if it's worth some HotSpot scouting (area should be well explored) or if we will move on deeper into the Outer Orion Spur :)

late at night we arrived at the Statue Of Liberty Nebula.
just a few hours to rest have to be enough as the crew is still excited to get some LYs under their belts ;)

therefore we are movin on, heading to the Eta Carina Nebula :)

Ok, it's nice to bask in the light of an O star...
But I got bored surveying the icy rings of the Eta Carina Nebula (no luck for doubles ) and started the jumping sequence again - heading directly to NGC 3199 (Wp5) which is just 6 kylies away. (5.5 while I'm writing this :D)
Wp4 is postponed and will be visited later when DSSA Kraut has reached its final destination :)

we have reached the vicinity of the NGC 3199 nebula, WP5, and the area of our final destination. :)

Communication relays are already oriented and operational.

Surveying of the area -which btw is very well explored like the whole direct path from the bubble to NGC 3199 -
will offer us hopefully a system with a Tritium² Hotspot and/or a stunning view ;)

Conciliating is that due to the carriers jump range an until today unreachable system now is discovered :)

Smoju AA-A H0, 1200Ly above the galactic plane, and a Kylie above the well known Smoju Crystal Fields:

first posts are updated and restructured ☕

We are still surveying the area next to the NGC 3199 Nebula.
As this area is already completely explored, tagged and generally not that stunning - even icy rings are rare! -
we are discussing to move a little up or down the galactic plane.
Although this would mean to loose the nice red background of the nebula ;)
Still indecisive...

Ntl, DSSA Kraut and it's services are fully operational ! :)

Would you be interested in a Tritium resupply? My other FC is going to be full soon, so I could do with offloading. And it might be handy having more Tritium out that way.

Might be the first resupply run for the DSSA network :)

If interested set a buy order on your market - I should be out there in a couple of days time. I paid ~ 4k/T and I should have around 10kT spare, but anything accepted :)

Cool, yes.
I can carry around 11kt, but still have 2kt... Another one to play around - the first resupply Cutter is leaving soon, Beer supply is getting low ;) - so you are welcome to drop up to 8kt :)
Buy order is already set, not quite sure, and not online atm, but if I remember correctly its for 40k/T ;)

Took me 8.5k to get here.... But yeah, free cargo space is just 11k on The Kraut, so its quite heavy....

Which one is the 'tracker'!?
I thought I have changed it in the DSSA sheet from Qohen.
Do I have to change it somewhere else!?

Oh, and btw, as I have you around ;)
Can we store rares on a FC, or can't we!?
Would be sad when I make my first resupply run and can't store all that Lavian Brandy :D

You can store them - but you can't put them on sale. I have more Lavian Brandy on board the Gam Nine (among other things) :)

Errrm, probably? That's what spansh says (well, 4.5kT, but I want some leeway), and the fuel usage does go down as your mass drops. I guess I'll find out :)

well, one week in our designated area.​
we surveyed 333 systems around NGC 3199 Nebula​
(yeah, I'm lazybones :D)​

  • 4 AW
  • 2 ELW
  • 26 WW
  • hundreds of NSPs
  • around a dozen Tritium HotSpot
  • no Tritium doubles/- triples
we'll give it another week until we decide where to stay for the next 2 years ;)​

there are now 8700t Tritium for sale!​

It was a good test of the re-spawn mechanics :) I did have a brief worry that I would be sent back to prison near the bubble, which would have been ... problematic :eek:
