Been a backer of Oculus since the DK1 days and for the last few years rocked the old CV1.
It was getting a bit old and battered, but the Rift S are out of stock everywhere, or so I thought.
Argos (UK) had them at list price £399 and got it delivered to a Sainsbury (foc) and 3 days early to boot.
For those debating whether to upgrade, do it, it is well worth it.

Happy bunny.

- Much more comfortable
- Inside out tracking, so no extra sensors which constantly force you (me) to reset HMD view. No longer the case for over 3 hours testing in ED
- New hand controllers are much nicer
- Being able to click a button and see a black and white live camera feed and see your keyboard is VERY nice.
- Longer cable, which is nice
- BUT beware - it requires a display port, lucky I had one spare on my 1080
Happy bunny.
