Just started the first of the two Arctic campaign levels today, ran into some problems. Playing on Easy mode, if that helps at all.
-Keepers taking a HUGE amount of time in the small Keeper Huts prepping food, actually seem to be stuck looping the animation/procedure.
-Keepers staff queuing outside full facilities wouldn't go to another facility of the same type to perform their tasks (mostly small Keeper Huts, might have also had the same issue with small Quarantines)
-Multiple keepers REFUSING to acknowledge my Timber Wolves had zero food and were starving- they'd come in, look around, and their thought bubbles would say something like 'none of the animals in Timber Wolves are hungry!' and go wander off to their next task. Had two food trays and a couple of food enrichment items placed in the enclosure, nothing was getting filled. Noticed another keeper stuck looping food prep animation in the nearest small Keeper Hut. They would clean the enclosure (while my reindeer and Dall's sheep kept getting sick from dirty enclosures despite having two out of like five or seven keepers dedicated solely to cleaning enclosures) but not place food in the food trays or enrichment items. Had to send the whole pack to Quarantine to reset their stats.
I figure the queuing issue can probably be solved by just littering the zoo with facilities, and I got them un-stuck by firing and then re-hiring, but the refusal to feed my Timber Wolves remains. And it's just the Timbers- the Reindeer and Dall's sheep are getting fed, and the Arctic Wolves in the enclosure literally on the opposite side of an 8m path from the Timbers are being fed just fine as well.
Anyone have insights or suggestions?
