I'm glad I was able to at least help a little bit. Is it like that in every Zoo? Did you try to start a new Zoo? My old Zoo also lagged extremely bad but every Zoo I started after that didn't lagg. Do you have Transport Rides in that Zoo? For some Reason they can cause extreme Lagg.

I loaded a pass save and a new zoo sadly getting lag from the first open loading screen with the elephant knocking the word down displayed I’ve checked make sure this isn’t my laptops fault but it meets all required things to run smoothly very confused to why this is happening I even retarted my whole computer deleting all files as this is a gaming computer and I have most backed up elsewhere

A quick question: What are your specs (just CPU/GPU/RAM should give some insight)

Available space on your harddrive? How many programs in the background? Power settings (performance or energy saving)? Temperature? Graphic settings for PZ?
All these things could influence your pc's/laptop's performance and ofc. the game is not great when it comes to optimizing/performance.

You could wait 2 days for the new update - maybe that'll fix some issues

I’ve checked all an they are all ok hopefully the update fixes this downloading the nvidia driver hopefully it helps
