Call to Arms for a Free Colonia

Well that was a blast. 42 hours in HI CZs, taking a local lass from Harmless to Deadly in the SLF and a crazy amount of credits earned. Well done to all who wished to see Carcosa remain in the control of The Nameless.

Whilst some may salute the opposing forces, I am not one of them. Malicious and duplicitous are just two of the words that describe their actions. They were fully deserving of their defeat at the hands of the Reapers and their allies in this war.

Whilst I agree that diplomacy is the best solution where possible I for one wouldn't trust the EN as far I could spit. For a group that professes to support explorers why the need for expansion, why the need for war? As for their lap dogs of Spear the phrase 'useful idiots' comes to mind.

I for one, will be celebrating tonight with copious amounts of the good stuff and I will raise a (several) glass(es) to the pilots who made this victory possible and I'm happy to include myself in that.

Well done to all (y)

'Triumphed in a war with...' - way to rub it in :)

'Here comes the new boss, same as the old boss' - The Who

Come on SPEAR et al, make a statement! Be conciliatory, defiant, dismissive, combative, gracious or not it doesn't matter, but there's a gap for you to say something. Just make it a good one as it will be remembered :) I know you prefer to speak with actions but just for RP and all us lurkers and watchers it would be appreciated.

As long as we all don't declare each other as "terrorists", "dirty cops", "gankers", etc. and all the righteous , and we keep it just as 2 player groups on opposite sides playing game and having fun, i salute to your efforts too.
we always say
role playing terrorists
its even a playstyle you can choose in inara. so i see no problem with this classification

and wait we are doughnut cops not dirty cops :)

2 player groups? i would be really curious how many people fought in this war totally. i guess it will stay a secret on both sides...

Ok, my bad, not just 2 groups but 2 sides with many different players involved(in group or solo).
But anyway it seems that this was not, as first started, conflict between LR's and CiDe/EN/SPEAR(and all affiliated), rather it looks that community wants to keep those nice fed and alliance ships there in Nebula.

As a Colonia citizen and free agent in this war, I (or more correctly, CMDR Gul_DuCat) feel the need to add that although the threat of losing the faction ships was a factor in my decision to join in, everything I’ve read of and every interaction I’ve had with you guys was so pleasant and genuine that I just felt compelled to help. You’re been a huge part of Colonia and its lore and it wouldn’t have been the same without you.

Thats the cool thing of it all. What has been shown this week, is what free will without being organized can achieve ❤
Whatever happens next, this week was a good week to play, and thx for that :)

So SPEAR will stay in colonia then? Because I don't suppose the Reapers will go away, the Colonials definitely won't give their shipyards up. So it's an endless battle? What about Deciat? :(

Who knows? We certainly don't expect the enemy to give up, but the nature of this war has changed. The Reapers didn't beat the Anti-Anarchist Alliance.

Colonia did.

I can't imagine continuing to oppose the community like this will go well for them. But we'll see.

No one has anything against SPEAR staying in Colonia.
At least I don't. 🤷‍♂️

But SPEAR has to realize that while we have some gankers among our CMDRs (not looking towards you Phisto ),
Loren's Reapers are a squadron that is a net positive for Colonia and most of our pilots aren't gankers.
Collective guilt is something no one should take lightly.

But I'm pretty sure we can work something out.

Im hearing SPEAR may have put some bounties out on perpetrators in the bubble, not sure if they are the Deciat crowd or someone else though...seems like they havent forgotten about the bubble anyway

Ratkatcher says:
So does this mean that every pilot in the Nebula are your targets? After all, many of them must, by your definition, be terrorists as they fought against you and your cohort in the recent conflict...

I'd expect such a statement to be made publicly in the first instance, wouldn't you agree?
