With the large disparity in SC distances for these two CGs, I rather suspect FDev is looking at this specifically as a test run for CGs in the carrier era. In particular, what I'd really hope to see with this one, would be carrier owners teaming up with groups of players to give rides to and from the station, and load/unload as a group. Could be similar to the carriers during the Eggsploit rush that were ferrying between the LTD3 system and the high-sell system of the day. Individual players filling up the system's slots loading/unloading their own carriers would really be a bit of a waste of the mechanic.

If you were around to read my sig updates that allready happens I had 10,000+ units and they were all taken by players from my FC that landed in the CG system...
Getting it loaded was harder people were not interested untill I put the price up to >2k
set the price low enough and players will use a FC instead of jumping out of systems and then run them from FC to the station for you...
I spent hundreds of hours of my life grinding to be able to afford my carrier, it was like the 43k Ly cruise to Blaauw Hub x 5 billion.
I earned any advantage I've got.
Station: Blaauw Hub (Coriolis Starport, large pads available, 43,941 Ls from main star, 88.57 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Deliver Building Fabricators, Power Generators and Thermal Cooling Units
Time limit: 24th September 3306 @ 13:00 UTC
Description
Two construction companies have requested materials to convert refinery outposts into starports, to assist owners of fleet carriers who use large vessels for tritium refuelling.
Susannah Haynes, CEO of Kavanagh Spaceframes Ltd, stated:
The number of starports will depend on the amount of materials delivered. The target systems in order of priority are Fjorgyn, HR 4979, Wolf 294, Lambda-2 Tucanae, Potriti, LHS 4058, Chakpa, Gally Bese, Eta Cephei and Ninabin. If successful, upgrading will be done for the start of October.
Both initiatives begin on 17th September 3306 and will run for one week. If the final targets for a campaign are met earlier than planned, it will end immediately.
To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Building Fabricators, Power Generators and Thermal Cooling Units to Blaauw Hub in the Tenche system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.

[/QUOT"The Split Infinitive" is in Guy system with an active buy order for 5000 units at 2010 credits. When full, it will relocate to Tenche for offloading.

Or they simply want us to work harder for the other 5 stations.
As a reminder, usually Hauling CG were asking for like 30 millions tons for tier 8 - for one single CG
These are asking only 15 millions per CG - the first 15 millions are easier, the other 15 are not that much.
Also, the Aliance CG for the WHN stations was requiring us to get 14 millions tons to a station that was 162000 ls from main star. And we almost did it.
No carriers at that time
Hmm, a quick check on EDDB shows it's nearly twice as profitable to ship Tritium to Blaauw Hub (from LTT 9299) as it is to move Building Fabricators. I'm new to CGs but if you want to entice players to contribute surely you want to set a price that makes it worth sitting in Supercruise for 10 minutes each trip?
Or it just demonstrates how Tritium pricing/availablility is still very much work in progress?

Logged in this morning at Guy and managed to pick up several thousand tons with no Orange Sidewinders, just a couple of destination locks lost on entering supercruise.
Had to log off at 10.00 UTC so jumped my carrier to Tenche: couldn't get parked at Blaauw Hub but did get parked at another planet orbiting Tenche C so that was fine. Well, it was till I logged back in and had two consecutive Orange Sidewinders.
I'll try again after lunch but suspect I won't get my carrier unloaded till tomorrow morning. Which means I'll be occupying a parking space for a full day when I could have been done and gone in a couple of hours.

Managed to sneak in the PC carrier there (the XB one is 50/50 full with LTD and Tritium) and now i'm unloading it using the XB account.
Not a single Orange Juice - and my XB account used to be quite sensitive to Citrus

Fleet Carrier MFC Salome [TDW] is ready to be loaded with Building Fabricators in LFT 37.
Pays 1,198 (Galactic Average) per ton and will later sell for 1,798cr (150%) in Tenche. Profit for loader/carrier und unloader.
Any help highly appreciated.
Edit: Finished, delivered nearly 20.000t of Building Fabricators.
