They'll look awfully spiffy on an Asp Scout, however.
Or on an Imperial Eagle.
I find that if I go the mission menu in starport services and select the CG I get my updated total immediately.
I guess that using the mission board triggers a call to the server, but the transactions panel in the cockpit only updates every 10 to 15 minutes.

Very cheap to transfer though. Mine is now somewhere between Eurybia and the Heart Nebula, heading out to my Carrier. Transfer fee 100 credits.

Awyra Firble in Eurybia, collect rewards at mission board. Then just simply search it in your Outfitting menu as a stored module. As its value is 0, you can transfer it anywhere for only 100 credits.
Since the CG wording said that "...supporters ending in the top 75% of contributors will have a fully engineered lightweight and high capacity Class 2 Seeker Missile Rack with Thermal Cascade put into storage for them at the Awyra Flirble starport by the 10th of October 3306..." then maybe you should look there?

Well shucks. I am gutted. I take a break from the game for a couple of weeks and when I come back turns out I've just missed the only chance of getting this special weapon ever. Fdev should communicate these kind of one off's better. I do hope frontier will give us a chance to obtain more of these in the future. Sucks to be a completionist. I even got the Cobra Mk IV..
