I have some suggestions:

"Welcome CMDR, you're three rates behind your mortgage..."

"Hello CMDR, and don't you dare shoot on your impenetrable carrier shields or I take you out..."

"Good day CMDR but I'm afraid I can't let you do that..."

Great idea. While we’re at it why not a reserved large pad for Carrier owner! And the ability to have a different pad assignment color for that pad. Also if you have King or Admiral rank which are 2 full ranks above the highest one that has any reward tied to it the ability to unlock a special paint job or ship kit to reflect your hard work and achievement on behalf of the super power! And the ability to put optional decals on your FC if you want to fly proudly advertising your PP or AX or Hutton Decal for instance!

I don't have a carrier.... but I personally like this idea, and feels similar to when you are coming in to a station that you're in good graces with the controlling faction, the flight controller gives you a warmer welcome than if you're just some random.

I think this suggestion should be added to the bingo card.

Also should have been added to the game when they made carriers, amazed it wasn't really.
