I made the top 10 for the very 1st time. 46.6m in bounties.
Been in the top 10% more times than I can remember.

It seems this might be the case...few ppl on discord saying it's a bug.
The amount of bounties I handed in was certainly in, or close to, the top 10 range.

I was working my a** off to get into the top 10% in both CGs this week and now my efforts have been rewarded with a nice bonus

On the other hand top 100% would have done the same job but who could have known that in advance...

For the bounty CG, no, not as such. As a result of the trade CG, the first three systems had their refugees supplied. The other three systems might start to get negative effects as a result of overcrowding and lack of supplies ... but not just yet.
