Summary COMPLETE
System: Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1
Station: Spirit of Nysa (Megaship, large pads available, 15 Ls from main star, 520.11 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Deliver Power Generators, Robotics, Structural Regulators and Building Fabricators
Time limit: 19th November 3306 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
The Alliance plans to construct several new outposts in the Coalsack Nebula. From these, commercial and scientific operations will be conducted to locate fresh sources of meta-alloys and other potential sites of interest.
The initiative was prompted by the findings of a planetary survey team two hundred years ago, which were only discovered after an abandoned megaship arrived in the Chukchan system.
The Alliance Expeditionary Pact's initial plans are to build Betancourt Base starport in Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1 and three further outposts: Hannu Arena in Musca Dark Region IM-V C2-24, Cole Point in Coalsack Sector VU-0 B6-6 and Bering Port in Coalsack Sector KN-S B4-9.
Shipments of power generators, robotics, structural regulator and building fabricators are required, and can be delivered to the megaship Spirit of Nysa in the Musca Dark Region PJ-P b6-1 system. The more commodities that are supplied, the more outposts will be upgraded to starports and the greater the range of services they will offer. Should everything go to plan, they will be in place for the 26th of November 3306.
If successful, Sirius Atmospherics in conjunction with the Sirius Corporation is offering the top 25% of pilots a fully engineered long range fast boot, size 5 FSD which will be placed in storage in the Spirit of Nysa by the 21st of November 3306.
To be eligible for rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Power Generators, Robotics, Structural Regulators and Building Fabricators at Spirit of Nysa in the Musca Dark Region PJ-P b6-1 system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.
Notes:
  • Spirit of Nysa is orbiting planet 1
  • Megaship services: Commodities Market, Repair, Restock, Refuel
  • Prices at Spirit of Nysa:
    • Power Generators: 18,896 Cr/T
    • Robotics: 16,304 Cr/T
    • Structural Regulators: 15,608 Cr/T
    • Building Fabricators: 17,984 Cr/T

WHN was over 800Lys and we had no FC
So this will still be done without FC for many users...
350ly is a sleep walk for those who built the WHN...
Top 25% will be hard for non-carrier user.
Is it tons or profit that counts? In case of least, this means only a FC owner can control supply profits, so go figure.

With the nearest export of this commodities being 330-350LY away I will pass.

Not buying a FC or making favors to FCs' owners :sneaky:

I'd say it's geared towards cooperative gameplay for the community to act as a community. Instead of trying to create in-groups and out-groups again (setting up non-FC-owners against FC-owners), we could just try to cooperate for a change and say "Hey, let's do this together."

They've still got to load it/unload it.
Likely to be difficult, if not impossible to park in system.
Many fleet carriers will be supplying to other commanders.
And many will see little or no profit out of it.
But we will get the job done.

Not every CG will please everybody.
I sit out the ones I don't like.

This means that FC owner controls the profit for non-carrier users. Which gives them upper hand in being in top 25% if the count is toward profit.

Fortunately it is not profit but tons. Just saw the first update in inara.

If trying to expand a playerbase, having cool rewards only realistically accessible to AXI (high bar) and f/c owners is a pretty solid way of making a large swathe of players feel excluded. Again.

EDIT: Even with a Cutter (note newer wont have them) you'll have to give over top tier slots to fuel scoop and boosters or your time will just be hopeless for a top25 spot, so you also lose 2 x top tier cargo slots. FC owners dont have to do any of that. Assuming FC owners turn up for the ride, its basically made for them.

FURTHER EDIT: I read the suggestions that it wasnt that bad, and was comparable albeit worse than FC. So I engineered a Cutter, loaded it up and put a size 3 FS in it. It sucks. Size 3 doesnt cut it at all, you sit there for minutes and minutes every few jumps. So you do need to swap out a top tier cargo to have a better Fuel Scoop which will make you far worse off than FC - the runs take a lot longer, and you carry a lot less each time. AND of course you have the pleasure (and delays) of 'ooh I see your valuable haul' interdictions. Unless a whole load of FC owners decide not to pursue it themselves and just take the mild profits from lugging it all nearby and selling to all comers, I dont see how there is any competition.

Is my cal right...~16K profit per ton x 720 ton for average cargo cutter is 11.5m per cutter... If thats correct thats A high paying run as normal CG only paid 6 million... Fdev are going to be giving out alot of credits to FC owners...
