Would be good. The four AX weapon limit makes it a bit difficult to do much with, as the T-10 flies like a brick (and should always be a friendly Vogon yellow for that same reason).
I have used mine for AX fighting, first using 4 x class 3 AX MCs. That was great for murdering Scouts, but not much use against bigger Thargoids. The rest of the ship was not really engineered or even kitted out with much care, so my gunboat wasn't as enduring as I would have liked.
Then I went and replaced 2 of the AX MCs with ordinary Class 3 MCs, engineered to the hilt. The class 2 hardpoints now contain 2 Guardian Plasma Chargers and a flak launcher. The class 1 points are turreted Burst Lasers, long-range and with various experimentals to see what works on the Thargoids and what doesn't. I picked Chargers over Gauss as the T-10 isn't fast but it can be tough. So I fly it like a brawler.
I have stuffed as many Guardian Hull Reinforcements as I could fit in it now. However, as others will say, heavily engineered standard HRPs are probably just as good or better.
The ship doesn't run that cold. But in fights with caustic damage, staying cool is not necessarily a good thing. Yes, she also carriers Decontamination Limpets, but they are really for wallowing in the rosy afterglow after a good fight. But we shall see, I haven't had the chance to test the new build yet.
