You forget the lady who managed to land a supervisory role at the young age of 10.
Based on her performance I can see she'll be asked to supervise her father in future.
Or more accurately the lunatic who at a presumably considerably older age, felt that she was ready to be promoted into that position.
I suspect she already prepares his meals and takes care of critical household tasks like making sure all the power outlets are turned off and the matches are well-hidden.

No, no, no. You misunderstood. He didn't allow his 10 year old daughter to play the game, he allowed his 7 year old son to play it. Under supervision of the 10 year old of course. When the two of them later entered a chat room (out of game), their father immediately realized that there are corners of the internet, that are "no place for a 7 year old".
