Help new Marlinist faction!

Come to Hyades Sector AB-M b8-2 and help Marlinists regain control of system given them by Federal government!

Marlinist factions that escaped Imperial persecutions were given rights to settle previously unocuppied star sytems within Federal space.
Some factions from nearby systems took advantage of that situation and expanded into those places, quicky gaining influence and taking control of their assets.

Currently there's a war between Omega Merchant Command corporation and Free Marlinist Movement in Hyades Sector AB-M b8-2.

Control of Yano's Prospect, the only planetary port in the system is at stake!
Don't let those greedy corporate drones rule the lives of those who were given this place as their own!

OMC already brought 3 Fleet Carriers to the system, crushing all resistance. Marlinists can't hope to match those forces on their own.
They need your help.

restricted

The war is over.
Having owerwhelming superiority Omega Merchant Command won another day and the conflict is now oficially over.

No free bar at Yano's Prospect.

Nothing's free at Yano's Prospect.

Big thanks to all who helped.

Interesting fact about Omega Merchant Command is that it's the faction that has been made responsible by Sirius Corporation for gathering and distribution of commodities delivered to Ellis Gateway in Bd+05 1146 system during CG lat year.
Traders are asked to deliver atmospheric processors, auto-fabricators, structural regulators and water purifiers to Ellis Gateway in the Bd+05 1146 system. From there, the Omega Merchant Command will distribute resources for the colonisation of up to ten uninhabited systems.
This is what you get when you trust greedy corporations. That's how they're using their position, despite what has been said on the onset by Li Yong-Rui himself:
"It is clear that the Marlinists cannot return to the Empire, and are a destabilising presence within the Federation. We offer an alternative by constructing permanent habitats for their population. These will be self-governed and may freely trade with the galactic community."

Let's not leave it at that.

Very early in the history of the Prismatic Imperium I flirted with the idea of also establishing a Marlinist Church that would have cemented the sort of revolutionary female thing we were going for in the PI in those days, but the rest of our High Council were wary of introducing religion and some even found it offensive to our christian members... On the advice of the High Council I did back away from it, but a part of me has regretted it ever since.

Come on in, padre and teach those corporate pagans a lesson! Preach with laser fire and lead!

(I'm pretty sure Marlinists are atheists in most part, but we really need all the help we can get)

Was that the Dreamers of Ys? Their entry in-game sounds like... basically that.
