Hello everyone. I just bought this HOTAS and was pretty much happy with it. But recently I've noticed very sensitive roll to the left. So I've checked the test tool. The X axis has a big dead zone (~50%) at the left edge of it. I've checked deadzone settings and tried to reinstall the drivers but nothing happens. So is it defective?

Have you tryed the basic calibration something like this.
I've tried. Unplug, then plug again and calibrate. Nothing happens.
Have you tryed another USB port / do you have the latest driver and software?
And how have you found the replacement?
I ask this because you said it was a sensitive roll and this may be a problem with the X52 itself and not the individual product you bought. You might be constantly replacing or getting your money back on a product that's working 'normally' by Logitech's standards. Mine got quite loose over time and I had to apply a fix with small magnets. It can still be a bit iffy at times (particularly if it's been out of action for a day or so) but it's slight and you either adapt or it goes away. Annoying but not a massive problem.
It may also be best if you don't rest your hand on the stick too much while not required in-flight. This might bias it to lean a certain direction over time. That's just my theory though. It's why I now use the mouse for station menus.
