That doesn't help if you are going to somewhere like Beagle Point and need more Tritium than your FC can hold and there is nowhere to buy it. I just did a Colonia trip and on my way to Sagittarius A*. I tried mining triple overlap hotspots in icy rings and mined 4 Tritium in as many hours. It's a joke and I'm moving on to other games. No, i'm not a new player and No, i have no idea what you mean.
You should be doing at least 100t per hour in a random hotspot. Waaay more in certain perfect overlaps.

However if you're doing only 4 tritium in 4 hours, yes - you should really move to other games.

Actually it helped quite a bit though. With the current efficiency, it only takes between 10 and 15 thousand Tritium to reach Beagle Point (depending on whether you intend to arrive empty or with fuel for the return journey). With careful planning, you can literally go to the far end of the galaxy and back without ever having to mine for Tritium.

Perhaps I misunderstand you, but you can certainly go from the bubble to Beagle Point without mining or buying Tritium. Your carrier can store almost 25,000t of it. You then need to buy it from yourself and transfer it to your Tritium store. It's a bit silly, and you need something like a Cutter to help you do it 720t at a time, but it's easy enough.

As to mining, I too am confused. Did you really only mine 4t in 4 hours?
