No Odyssey for LEP owners?

Also a LEP holder here from Premium beta times ... Launcher updated so it's the Odyssey launcher, but if I click on Elite Dangerous: Odyssey it shows INSTALL but it's disabled.

What gives with that? I launch via steam etc. Horizons and the others show play. It's like being a LEP means they've not enabled Odyssey for me. Btw - I was on the alpha.

One trick was to go into the Steam folder and launch the launcher from there.

LEP Holder here from KS, mine is installing fine. Maybe try restarting the launcher a few times, reboot, run the launcher as admin?

You are right! The roll up happened not to long ago. It might be that original Elite only buyers only have the Elite Dangerous button, but both buttons launch what is effectively Horizons? I'm guessing!

I'm a LEP owner and steam says I do not own Odyssey. Just got an 1.7 update. The launcher has Odyssey option but I'm unable to press Install

Like suggested above launching the Launcher.exe direclty from the gamefolder, without Steam, asked me to login to my Frontier account, and then allowed me as a LEP owner to download Odyssey already, now after doing so I am able to launch it again from Steam , so it's confirmed ...

Another Steam LEP owner here with the install button greyed out. Downloading via the launcher in the steamapps folder, but tbh no idea if I'm wasting my time in doing so.

I had the issue that it was grayed out. Now just restarted the launcher from Steam and it shows a blue button. Pressing it freezes the launcher though, so it's probably doing something. I recall it takes ages to respond last time with alpha.

LEP owner - got the 1.7Gb update through Steam - couldn't install Odyssey. My accounts are linked.

Finally got it to install by running EDLaunch.exe from the Steam folder.

Not a good start Frontier...

I had the greyed 'Install' option for Odyssey. I pressed Enter instead of clicking and the blue bar process began. Waiting to see if that installs it.

No, they said after Servers are upgraded, we can download it. So Servers are still upgrading, but we are ready for launch.
So it just depends on when the servers are ready.

Launching the Launcher from folder direct had also worked for me.
