Hmm. The first station I stopped off at after coming out of the black was Keiadiras. Never been there before, although I do have a reputation with the Empire. That was where I picked up my G3 Dominator!Sounds more and more like it is a faction standing thing. Weird. Seeing if system economy state has any impact, tried visiting Simpson Depot in Facece as it currently has a "military" economy. G1 Maverick & Artemis suits, G1 kinematic weapons and a G1 "Karma L-6" -- a rocket launcher!

It's increasingly looking like the G2 and G3 suits are turning up at random - but in places where the G1 suits are already sold.
Exactly. There is absolutely no point heading to a station where someone else bought an upgraded suit/weapon because only a G1 version will be on sale when you get there.
So what's the common denominator for finding particular suit types?
Maverick and Artemis suits seem to end up in the same station, and often not with Dominator suits.

A good question we have no answer for at present!
I swear I heard in the alpha that E-breaches would only be available in Anarchy systems.
On that basis I went to an Anarchy system, HIP 1781, and docked at Chretien Oudemans Port.
Sure enough, there were E-breaches available.
I also picked up a G3 Maverick suit for 11,500,000 credits, and a G3 Karma AR-50 for 9,500,000 credits.
The G3 Maverick suit had one upgrade slot equipped with Damage Resistance, and one slot free.
The G3 AR-50 had one slot equipped with Reload Speed, and one slot free.
I tried repurchasing, then relogging and trying again: no luck. Looks like one purchase per customer, or else one purchase per station rather than them being available all week.
This was at a little after 9:30 UTC, I think after the server tick, so if someone else wants to try their luck and report their findings, that would be useful.
Edit: Now which engineer does night vision upgrades? Must have a look.
There isnt any, after vistiting 20 or so stations so far today. Every day, random batch.
