Where does one find Opinion Polls?

Inara doesnt know, youtube doesnt know, google brings up nothing....
Yeah Ive searched.
These forums just bring up one thread about it, where the Op said they can only be found in a certain type of building, but doesnt specify what.

Because the usual counter "xx/yy" we know from Horizons is missing from Odyssey enginers info.

I'll be blunt, it's a bit of a waste of time hunting for these at the moment. 40 is just silly. But think of them as "personal data" and imagine where you might find that in settlements and you'll be on the right track. If you just want me to let you know I can add it in a spoiler.

An Opinion Poll is a type of Data that can be obtained from settlements.
Go to settlements, download data from data ports (usually on walls).

Tourist Settlements
Honestly, with a game like this there's enough grind and obscure gameplay to worry about without hunting every corner of a bajillion possible places to find something that may, or may not be there due to RNG.

try hab DPs, maybe, MAYBE cmd centres(dont quote me on this), maybe a logistics related base or an elections/democratic system(swear ive seen it in the filture)

Factabulous asked the same question in the second thread stormyuk posted (which wasn't specifically about Opinion Polls) where they were so I think he was just being awkward, rather than giving the answer HE was given. Hey ho.
I'll have a look Planetside now I know where they are supposed to be.

I've given up on it. I'd rather work on some actual upgrades that I know I'd like. I'll get to that grind later on I think.

It's pretty much been spoiled already.
Any HAB data port. You get more at two of the tourism setlement types. Can't relogski though, all data clears to zero if you relog (that's acros the whole game for settlements only, started happening the other day, not convinced it's intended - but it's annoying). The best settlement type offers 7 ports and you get none more often than you get 1 and I've never seen more.
It's easily the worst grind the game's seen to date. Hence my thread. I've got 4 after two days. I decided to stop. I'm not doing this for 20 days. Not when we have no idea what it'll unlock (it could be rubbish).

(I'll probably not bother either after a few attempts, but I can't unlock Jude while Power Up missions are bugged anyway so).

Just as an update. I went down to a Tourist settlement to do a power up mission and there was nothing to download (at all) from any of the data ports and every closed locker and chest was empty. So I dunno if that's another bug, another CMDR had recently been there, or RNG really hated me last night.
I tried 5 Data ports (completely empty) and about 20 or so lockers / chests (all empty, but the lockers etc were closed).
Also crashed twice but I DID manage to complete the power up and not get a 100k c fine so I guess thats something
