I'd say nearly 100% without being actually at 100%, that extinct animals are off the table. Same with domesticated dogs and cats - unlike farm animals in petting zoos (I'll get to that), domesticated breeds of cats and dogs are almost unheard of in zoos.
90% certain that larger cetaceans and certain species of fish that don't do well in captivity will not show up - Great White Shark being an example but also an exception, if they do fully marine animals, I think it's too iconic of a shark species to not include, even though it's been proven they do not fare well in captivity.
Even with that, I'm still 75% certain they won't do fully marine animals at all. Smaller cetaceans, octopus, fish large and small found in aquariums and zoos.
50% certain no farm animals -too much ambivalence or too hard of a sell, compared to other more exotic species, although many zoos do have petting zoos and other zoo games have had common domesticated farm animals.
Also 50% possibility of fully avian animals - and of all of these groups, this is the one I want the most to happen. Fully Marine animals can have their Planet Aquarium. A zoological venture devoted exclusively to avian animals is far less common, I would think. Certainly not enough to venture into making Planet Nest.
I'd also say 50/50 chance of exhibits for birds, small fish and small mammals. Sloths might be the only bigger mammal that I would seriously encourage thought towards putting in an exhibit, the mechanics of speed with the sloth family could prove troublesome in a habitat, but not insurmountable. Still, they move so little, they'd almost be like an exhibit animal anyways.
