Is there some kind of unknown meta - to me at least - of why people not posting the system/planet name/coords with their screenshots, so that others could also find them?

It could be that you don't get Paid for discoveries while out in the Deep, but have to wait till you get home. I've been out about 4 months on this trip and have found a lot of things. Now whether someone would try to travel out, scan/map/walk on a planet someone else did, and try to come back is rather far fetched.
Then, too. It's very rare that someone would travel this far out to revisit a planet, so never really make notes of where they found anything. At least I don't. But then I'm lazy. :]

Interesting work Someone () should do that with every setting and also compare fps. It's really hard to decipher the meaning of some of the LOD settings, and even harder to figure out how it impacts fps.

Just wanted to check some ads and seen this, lol. This is so cool and nice touch by devs.

Also Odyssey has a great global illumination and top notch lighting and shadows system. Truly nextgen. Thats why its so slow on old pcs.

I see some resemblance - haircut? Eye color? Everything else is different. Even haircut has different hair structure. Lol. Eye color is different too.

I think eye and hair color are actually the same. She's just standing closer to the light source. The facial bone structure is similar, but eye shape, eye distance, and eyebrow angles are different. The nose seems to be the same, but hers is smaller. Her neck is wider. I did have the same hairstyle for a while. I took the photo because someone recently told me that one of the new engineers looks like me. But apparently she looks more like a distant cousin than a clone.

So, one of EDO problems I can confirm is lack of high, tight canyons for canyoning / racing.
There are canyons like these, but only racing you can do here would be Panther Clipper drag racing.

PS texturing on those ice worlds is plain ugly and should be completely redesigned.
