Sadly I cannot try validate files using option in launcher when playing through GFN (GeForceNOW) where I use Steam account (this functionality is nonfunctional when I play on GFN), now after missions server fast restart orange sidewinder got me too (it worked after update) ... means even more failed missions because I was not able return fast enough when was latest restart announced :(

it's not about the download, its about the installation process. I got the update on steam as well, but it wasn't installed. Thats the issue.

Isolated incident in terms of my experience. I have the update, it installed perfectly. I just can't get in game after clicking to start an open play session.

Version 4.0.0.500 reading.

I won't be able to play until after 7pm.
Do you think you could create a sticky post of "How to provide extra information", then list things like how to provide additional netlogs and things?
This is just as a general thing, not specific to any of todays issues.

Dont know if thats important, but since the patch I dont get asked "Do you want to Start Elite or Steam VR" anymore. It directly started the launcher, no questions asked :D

I think I had this problem before in EDH. You sure you go to Conflict Zones and you pick a side with whom you will fight for ? You know killing Wanted Pirates doesn't count as Combat Bonds, right ?

Great work! I'm curious about those BGS changes since it doesn't even mention which actions had changes so we'll have to fumble around testing everything to find that out.

Few issues/queries:
  • ED launcher is displaying "Update 3 is now live!"
  • Are we expecting any more changes to the ship outfitting UI, especially when it comes to equipping stored modules and their ratings for example?
  • Are we going to see an improvement to the UI lighting within the ship, at the moment I am getting a headache trying to read the text because its so much darker than Horizons.

  • ED launcher is displaying "Update 3 is now live!"
    • On it, easy peasy. Sometimes takes a moment to update - especially when we're fighting Orange Cobras or the like.
  • Are we expecting any more changes to the ship outfitting UI, especially when it comes to equipping stored modules and their ratings for example?
    • Nothing to update you on this at the moment I'm afraid. I will be sure to if I hear more.
  • Are we going to see an improvement to the UI lighting within the ship, at the moment I am getting a headache trying to read the text because its so much darker than Horizons.
    • This is still totally something I'm talking through. We still have a way to go so hang on in there :)

Whats really interesting is its impossible to interact with options (Graphics, Audio, Network, Credits) I'm one of the users impacted by Orange Sidewinder.
I have a connection to the server, its registering as such.
