Lol I got moderated for posting "hullabaloo" in another thread - apparently it was off topic. It completely was, but it's a good job we're keeping TJ on the door here to keep the other ones out...!

It was the from the gospel according to the Holy Combover of Lord Brebus.
I'm still waiting for the holy Patchnotes of the upcoming Update 5 to finally complete the gospels...

Sounds like you have been a very bad 🐼 with words like... hullabaloo!
It was the from the gospel according to the Holy Combover of Lord Brebus.
The Holy Combover of Lord Brebus is all knowing!
The Great Divide is coming!

That's true... I also built a kit car some years ago with a rover V8 in it, and 600kg... very... expressive in the wet... 😲

Currently sat in the garage awaiting a rebuild after a, ahem, little incident...
You like it light and agile? ;)

My "toy car", E30 with an M3 E36 engine swap.
Ca. 300 HP at less then 1 ton of weight ;)
Roll cage, hydraulic handbrake etc...

I remember that the "base" of this project, the "car" itself has costed me ca 200€, one of cheapest parts of this "puzzle".
Well, it was >10 years ago, when E30s were not as rare as now.

I am pleased to report flapjacks and crumble were good.
did you add kale for that special flavour?

Kale, apple and cheddar flapjacks

Anna Thomson recently ordered 10kg of oats instead of her standard 3kg. Since then, she has been experimenting with flapjacks like never before. This savoury batch is excellent. Apple and strong, salty cheese are two things the lacy leaves will always work with.

Makes 16-20
2 handfuls of kale
½ tsp salt
40ml olive oil, plus 1 tbsp for the marinade
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp honey
1 small onion, diced
225g oats
1 dessert apple, diced
1 carrot, grated
150g strong cheddar, grated
2 eggs
20g chopped walnuts (optional)

1 Tear the kale off the stems and chop. Put in a bowl with ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1 minced garlic clove and the honey. Massage the kale with the marinade and leave for 15 minutes to wilt.

2 Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Gently fry the onion for 5 minutes, or until soft. Turn off the heat, add the marinated kale and all the remaining ingredients, reserving 50g of cheese, and mix well. Season to taste.

3 Press into a prepared baking tin, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden.
