While my first impression was already a bit small. The more pictures I see, it looks more "wrong" than at first glance.

The angle of the photo does make it seem somewhat like that! But it's the same habitat we've seen before.
EDIT: Comparing the two there are some slight discrepancies between plant and scenery placement (don't know if this means it's a different viewing area or a different version of the same exhibit) but nonetheless you can still see the greenish hue of the water in the rhino showcase screenshot

Don't want to spoil the party but it looks like a normal habitat with null barriers to me D:
Seems clearly a moated enclosure with rocks and a null barrier. Think you would need something somewhat more substantial in real life but as far as the game is concerned would probably keep them in.
I think adult Rhinos can't really jump. But I think the juveniles can do it a little bit. But I think this Rock Barrier might really be a bit too short
Then again they've said in the past that they create zoos that aren't "functional" for these glamour shots and gameplay trailers.

Love the mammals and penguin in the pack, though bummed not to get a serval too. Not as excited by a beetle. The Egyptian scarabs are fascinating beetles (and the scarabs are a fascinating family of beetles in general), but the exhibit insects don't live very long, and with the game's "sped up" time frame, I'm forever having to deal with empty arthropod exhibits as it is. Would have preferred a chameleon or cobra species.

Same here. One good thing about being on injury leave from work though is that my insurance wages come in tonight instead of tomorrow mid-morning, so I can get it right when I wake up instead of having to wait for a few hours.
