There may be hope, however the real question is whether people will hang around long enough. We've already waited a very long time for the underdeveloped mess we have now. Other games keep adding more features for free that EDO doesn't have and other games with more features are getting closer to release. EDO may get better but do we have the patience?

Its all our fault. If we would have bought more paintjobs FD would have had more money to spend on ED dev.
If we hadnt complained so much they would have been nicer to us and created a playable game, we would probably even have ship interiors. Please dont forget to send birthday flowers and candy to all including the super wonderful and smart marketing staff.

Also, if you have extra money, buy some FDEV stock and dont forget to pre order everything with frontiers name on it.

All we have to do is to give them more money and to be nicer to them, and remember to play odyssey to keep player numbers up.

Close your eyes, play odyssey, and think of England.

Seems like we are feasting on the outcome of a bad tree, that is the company core itself. Seeing the detailed and honest reviews of the employees about the company made me understand why Odyssey's launch was a complete failure.

If they would have made some semi decent paint jobs, we would have bought them.
Every Friday, I check out the new paint jobs and sigh another time: "yep, 2 mins job in MS Paint... better luck next week!". Repeat until the year is full and nothing worth buying has been released.

The only hope is they're not true, because demoralised employees are the only true doom for a project. Everything else is just a joke. That's real.

So hope they're not true, or something external forces them to change leadership where its needed. Or the last 4 years of half baked average could just continue.. that's the easiest option and how long has it been going on for looking at the patches?

Glassdoor only gives you one side of any story. It can be an interesting insight though, much like steam stats/reviews.
