Well, to be fair we had hope for a while. And then FD seemed to throw away victory and did a big poo.
The best thing they could do is point them at the forum thread where @sallymorganmoore has been single-handedly saving EDO expertly putting the world to rights with her sunny demeanour and can-do attitude.

Also, you're right, I over-egged my response I know you're a long-term supporter (Forum Star) of this amazing game and I think we all love Elite in all its incarnations and you want the best outcome for this one, its hard to standby seeing it in its current state so staying silent in my opinion isn't the right approach, as much as others would bizarrely want people like to me to do

I agree that the massive majority of people here want the best for the game mate, the tiny minority of attention seekers exuded lol! But don't worry about the response, to me it just shows you are passionate - it is very hard sometimes to discern if people are playing around online though, the lack of body language I think being a big part of it.
And I totally get why you don't want to stay silent too - we all have our limits, and I promise I wasn't taking the pee out of you for having strong opinions mate, I was just messing around
You are right about tough love - I just wish that frontier weren't as closed to either giving info, or taking feedback of all types as they are - they are the proverbial clam, that I won't embellish upon else I get told off by Rob!
I just hope this isn't the start of another stagnant period like RN suggested, as that simply winds people up much more, and all it does ironically is give me more opportunities for stuphs requesting!!

I don't know why people are hoping for more communication, it's clear they've abandoned this game to work on their other games like their dinosaur game due later this year. I guess it's like being cheated on, the desperate need to hear that they still care when it's obvious to everyone else that they don't. Get past that stage of grief.
