What if the Kumo had infiltrated Sirius, rather than them working together?
I don't see how this practically changes things, unless Sirius just want to claim "it wasn't us it was actually the evil pirates forcing us" after they get caught doing some evil thing.
It would be a laugh though, and give Delaine real underworld chops.
