Can people stop posting the pictures of random animals that aren't cats? It's seriously off-putting.
Wow, you really are bottom-hat. Pi**in' all over some poor bloke's attempt to fit in, er, I mean participate.I know right?!
I was a bit confused that he'd gone back to edit it, as if we are some sort of mad, bossy clique in here, but then to see the effort, it was immensely lame, almost rude. I hope he returns with a better attitude in future!

In fairness, what they SHOULD do is release a stable game to begin with, but that's closing the barn door after the bag have cats have been thrown out of it.
Also, don't think that was patch 7. I think it was more 6.1 or something. Which gives a reaction more like...

It's 6.01 because it's a patch for the patch, not for the game. They can call it patch 6.01 or whatever ...just like they're calling this a release rather than a very extended beta period. But this is bigger than a hot fix and it comes after patch #6. so it's 7.

That one's quite cute. Shame about the face, though.

What about updates, though....?hot fixes are patches for patches and they deal with regressions. anything else is just a patch.
This guy touches on entirely new bugfixes and features. It's just a normal patch.

I thought hat was all a big facade. LOL
EDIT (Disclaimer: while it does look like there is a typo in my second line, I assure you that itiswas purely intentional)
I was looking for some really cute cat pics earlier and I found a cat on a hat picture for BH

Oh, and I have noticed something odd.
Those are allegedly default "scaling factors" of FSR.
View attachment 254580
AFAIR factors in config file that are set when you choose quality in menu are nothing like they should be according to this values.
For Ultra Quality should be 0.769 (1/1.3) in EDO it's 0.71
For Quality should be 0.666 (1/1.5) in EDO it'S 0.6x
There was 0.51 for some setting too.
I don't remember exactly, I am only sure that I had to enter them manually when I wanted to test 1.33 / 1.5 rates, because values in config were totally bizarre.
Now, I suspect FSR will work with any scaling factor, but the best results we can get by are "adding" +20%, +25%, +33%, +50% +100% to picture dimensions - what fits pre set Nvidia DSR hardware supersampled resolutions that follow this exact logic.
Scaling factors in EDO config look like someone just entered some values randomly with some "improvised" stepping, they make no sense.
What inevitably triggers more scaling artifacts, because rounding etc.
Ah, but this patch today wasn't really a patch by the definition of patches then, since the patching it was doing was primarily to patches being caused by the previous patch?they overlap in definition. but if you wanted to differentiate...i'd say an update consists primarily of new features ...but may have some bugfixes .. where as a patch would be what you would call something that is the opposite. Mostly bugfixes but might contain a couple new features (but the scope is mostly bugfixes).
i dont think what goes on in a beta is usually defined as updates... The update was the original dlc ...everything since has been patches to get that update to work and perform.

Also, here's a dog called Patch, sitting at a pumpkin patch:
Not sure if serious or joking...?!
I hope the latter, as it is indeed a facade of being a bitter barsteward with overloaded levels of sarcasm, and an obsession with imaginary stuphz!
