Game Discussions Star Citizen Discussion Thread v12

Randomly watching Morphologis. In the few minutes: 30K. Ok

Now it seems stable and I can witness the joyfully thrilling fun of box stacking. Why do all these boxes wobbling constantly? CryEngine doesn't have some kind of physics sleeping mode like in Unity or such? So much workload both on client and server sides for nothing, and so much potential for catastrophic consequences...

I think he got the link wrong. He should have given this:

Pretty sad on several levels

I am xxxx, I am an old, fat and broken man. On November the 6th 2019 I had a massive heart attack and died for 3 1/2 minutes.

There is nothing when you die, its over, so I only have one dream. I want to live long enough to play the final version of Star Citizen in the PU.

I fear I may never see that day!

Apparently in response to a thread of someone saying how impressed they are with SC.

A bit of a fake mashup...sees black hole of death...hits backspace to suicide to make it look like the elevator killed him ;)

The only way he could have died is if he'd jumped into the black hole but that just shows your avatar falling through the game physics before dying...even then, sometimes the textures draw in once you're over the threshold. Best plan is to go use the other elevator...always works.

Doesn't the red hud indicator inform that something to his top-left is damaging him?

64-bit extrapolations. Too many pixels sharing the same space.

Spotted some dude in overalls climbing the radio mast with a roll of gaffer tape to fix my interwebs today...working now. Hardly superfast broadband or anything but it's the price I pay for living where everyone else doesn't :)
