I thought i would tryout the Metallic Blue. I like it, its shiny and it has a pearl effect.

More than the price of a AAA game for a spaceship. Jeebus fracking wept.

And its one of the cheaper ones. Still, i suppose CIG have now been left in the dirt by Star Atlas on that front.

Lots of that happeing today I watched a youtuber who just bought the most expensive ship in Star Citizen, and he mentioned in a bi sentence his wife left him and wife has custody of the children... so yeah games before wife and children seems very common these days..

Its a choice like i chose to have a $400 CPU and a $500 GPU, you wouldn't be suggesting AMD, Intel, Nvidia can't sell nice things for those willing to pay for it.

A choice for something that is deliverable and usable is a more tangible reason than non-existing, non-deliverables FOMO concept art.

Congrats, you hit a rare deliverable. Must feel like a jackpot. Maybe it's also some kind of lottery thing. You bet you get Ship A rather than Player2 who bets on Ship B. Now you can even take the mickey out of the other guy.

Irrelevant, the point is i didn't buy it because i needed it, its not a life essential, i bought it because i wanted it and because i can, its only worth what people are willing to pay for it, i'm not paying $900 for an RX 6800 because i don't think its worth that.

Its like those people who say "I bet that costs a lot to run" to people with large high powered cars, yes it does if you're on benefits.

Is your problem that expensive things exist or that people buy them? Star Citizen is no different, you don't have to spend a lot, but you can if you want nice things.

I think discussions are nicer if you don't judge how others spend their money. As long as Intrepid spends his own money and doesn't force us to spend ours it's his choice/problem.

We dont judge others how to spend their money - we judge Scam Citizen on not delivering what people spent their money on.
