State of the Game

I think that FDev will have to rewrite part of the rendering system to get performance up - this takes time, so wait and see.

I have not the best hardware - actually it is quite old - and so I can see how NMS is handling performance - it has a very dynamic drawing distance for objects and especially when I build a huge base, I can see that once I get beyond a certain size, that suddenly some parts of the build have doors and walls, which are just there if I'm not near enough to them, otherwise the proper hallways. So nothing behind those just in time added doors and walls will have to be rendered until I get near to it. Outdoors the same, stuff what would reduce performance while moving around is suppressed and I might see some pop-ins, but performance doesn't drop, I can fluently play even with my old hardware.

Gonna be happy when it runs on PCs without all the fan noise ... one day. But hey - emotes!

fleet carrier interiors is a no-brainer. it's stupid they weren't part of the launch. Even if they offer nothing over normal concourses in terms of functionality. ...they allow fdev to sell you different looks to your concourses ...and add aesthetic objects and such to it at the very least.

Everyone with a carrier (who still plays the game) will want to personalize their interiors ...even just for themselves.

the re-skinning sales alone would probably do very well. Bonus if there were actually different layouts to pick from. Optional Carrier Cat.

create some korean egg rolls, that is relaxing.

or fold them to get some awesome multi-layered omelettes.

cooking or baking is the best to get rid of a bad mood - even if you don't eat it later on.
