I used to use a pair of 1080p's that were treated as a virtual 3840x1080 in EDH. Galaxy map was a problem back then too. Everything else worked, but was always very stretched around the edges
I've now got an old-ish 42" 4K Samsung TV, which was not expensive but manages 4K@60Hz. And I run that with a 1070, on Med + Performance FSR (FPS 20s/30s Settlements, 50s on foot stations, 60 everywhere else), but it still looks better than the 1080p.

For me, 4K is great, even when you have to compromise the quality settings to get it working.

bottom hat isn't that bad, he's just misunderstood. mostly because he uses a bunch of baby words and invents unnecessary versions of existing ones that don't make sense. but just misunderstood nonetheless.
It's so very difficult to resist the urge, because you know that his weekly allocation of one half-amusing post will be a good one if you do!

I have had my own struggles in this regard. But I realized, in then end, that its all just fun and games here and nothing more...

I think I speak for Pilhead too in saying we are the same as you mate, but sometimes we enjoy poking him just a little bit more. In my case, it's probably because I'm an evil man with a heart of ice, but we're only messing with Ender really.
Granted he's as exciting as watching a tortoise run a marathon, but he's as much a member of this mad family as the rest of us. I think of him as a nerdy little brother - one I can punch in the head at every opportunity.
