Just like every week it seems It's hardly my first CG (my first top 10 though) however it does state the payment can be collected from the bulletin board on Bright Sentinel...So many ppl never done a CG before

We mean the cash reward, not the module. The cash reward is always collected at the CG station. Never heard of it being transferred automatically.
And if you mean the module, it's just put in storage and you transfer it manually to your location.
The cash reward is always transferred automatically at some point after the CG (currently two weeks, used to be six) but you can usually collect it at the CG station as well before that time. However since the 'station' in this case does not have a mission board from which to collect it, I assume you will just have to wait for the automatic transfer.
Look on the bright side, I've done runs for all these and was leaving the Maia one until last - did one run but then the Grand Prix started and I had to leave it. It completed before I got back to it, so I wasted the time I spent making a 16 jump round trip since a single drop only had me in the top 100%.

I wish I'd known this before. If I told you how many times I've flown all the way to far out stations to collect rewards, lol!

Fortunately the other 2 do have mission boards so I have collected my 25 million from Delphi and I should be able to collect 40 million from my second top 10 finish.

It's happened to me three times between yesterday and today, last one just now.
EDIT: the most annoying thing about it is that after relog, the game puts me back at the main star.

Salvation tells us to collect our payment at the missions office on a megaship that doesn't have a missions office.

The cash reward is like any other mission. You can collect it in person from the station that issued it, or you can do nothing for 2 weeks and it'll be deposited into your account.
Where do we hand in the Maia one Iv been to all the megaships even tried the rescue ship i had to start the CGs from????
