Even with FC I was in top 10%, but I don't complain, reward was only clipper, lel.
Trade+CG reward yielded enough money for this ship.
So, we got a discount... but we can't buy ALL imperial ships in the designated systems?

In the rewards a discount was promised on ALL Imperial Ships but ALL Imperial Ships are not available for purchase in those 3 systems.
I feel as though we have been cheated out of a reward. the only reason I took part in this CG was to reduce the rebuy cost of my Cutters.
Yet again I feel as though FDev have overpromised and underdelivered.
I emailed Support and this was their response:

That's neither here nor there, once you get to Elite V the rebuy cost will be 100%. That's when it will start to hurt...You're making this fuzz including a support ticket for a rebuy reduction of roughly 2 million credits? How often do you explode in your Cutter?

Because the current word on the street is this 100 % rebuy is an artifact from the Elite promotion text.
Also of those 54 Million only 2 million are reduced by a discount on the Cutter hull price.
Regardless of whether the description is technically not a lie or not, offering an discount on all Imperial ships at ports that don't sell all Imperial ships and not even explicitly saying it in the fine print is an absolute dong move, period (actually such a dong move that people won't check the availability of ships in advance because they don't expect such a petty move).
Especially when it makes the entire reward discount completely pointless thanks to Gutamaya's nonsensical lineup (every ship but one are cheap, including the second most expensive, luxuriously finished large ship that's mysteriously worth less than half of what some utilitarian, smaller medium ships cost).
I don't want to find out the hard way....
I just want what we were promised (discount on ALL* Imperial Ships)
*Unless the systems specified don't sell those ships in which case it is only SOME Imperial Ships (but that's your fault for not checking prior to hauling tons of Indi Bourbon across the Bubble...) Other makes and models are available on request. Ts&Cs apply.
If I walk into a Ford dealer and they tell me I can have 30% off anything, I don't think I can really expect them to sell me a 747.
Especially since Ford don't make Boeing planes. But if a Ford dealer said I can have 30% off anything, I'd expect that to apply to the whole Ford range ...

I'm not sure what to make of situations like this really, and it's not the first time it's happened with a CG reward. There's clearly going to be an expectation when you talk about "all Imperial ships" that it means just that. It's not like there are hundreds of them, it's literally 5 including the SLF (which, oddly, is explicitly mentioned). To then hand pick 3 systems to ensure 1 of those 5 is absent....it's almost like someone is taking perverse pleasure in trying to create angst.
