Could this also be the page file on the HD?
I'm not too computery but seem to remember something about a page file and it might be the precursor to a failing drive if so.

Of the four CZ's I've tried two CTD'd and two blue-screened.

I've given up and went to play Guardians of the Galaxy.

Windows 10, if you run it has a built in memory tester. Search Windows Memory Diagnostic. It’s a good starting point.
