I totally agree with you, Sally is doing her best as she always does.People aren’t getting triggered. It’s just not a helpful question. Are you in a position to fix the problem if you know why it’s happened? I doubt it, therefore wasting time asking pointless questions is just that….pointless and wasting the CMs time when she is clearly busy taking unnecessary abuse from all angles (and again to stress I’m not including you in that).
