I have a question. Does this plugin make it so the buttons on the stream deck actually toggle the keys as if you were pressing the keyboard button? or do they only show status of the game features? For example, if I setup a button the on stream deck for Lights, pressing it would turn the lights on/off?

I believe I'm having the same issue. When I create a Galaxy Map toggle (key bound to M on keyboard) it properly updates the button on the streamdeck, however pushing the streamdeck button does nothing. I can't get any static buttons or toggles to do anything despite making sure they have proper keybinds on my keyboard.
-perhaps it can't find the keyboard binding file or it's looking in the wrong place?
check the plugin log file for errors and for the path of the binding file.
if you open notepad, focus the window and press the streamdeck button.
you should see the key appear. (if it's a normal letter or symbol, not e.g. ctrl-alt-lshift x )
- try to start streamdeck.exe as administrator

Edit: it appears running streamdeck.exe as an administrator fixed it

Have you thought about creating a discord so people can discuss more easily and perhaps share profiles?

do I have to delete the old one and re install? what hapens to the profiles I have been working on, will it just be found or do i need to export/import back in?

Thank you for your work on this plugin. Is it possible to add Firegroup selection to the Static Button? That way you can have a multi action button that changes to Combat Mode and Selects Firegroup A. Again Thank you for your effort.

I don't think this has to do with the Plugin, but this seems to be the best group of Stream-Deck-for-Elite fans.
Has anyone gotten the on-foot Emotes to work from the deck? I have an emote (Pointing) mapped to F8 and to CTRL-8. Both of these keys work when the keyboard is pressed. However, the System:Hotkey doesn't work on the Stream Deck when configured to emit either of those keys.

I have not had a issue example Clap = "CTRL+c" wave = "ALT+w"
I don't understand your question ? The keyboard shortcuts are configured in the game, not in the plugin.
for example, the distortion engine is set in the game with the letter "B", so when I put the button on the streamdeck and press it, it does nothing, because it is set to the letter "K".
Can I change in the plugin the letter B for the letter K?
