For me personally, there is no downtime
I'm not in the game.
And will probably not be later on... i've started to take very seriously the "dont play on the patch day" mantra
I'm not in the game either and won't be until U11 patch fix 4.
Currently upgrading the client.

This isn't a difficult thing to be clear about: "Servers will be down for 5 - 10 mins for a reboot and there's a small client-side patch to apply".... "Ah, okay, thanks for being clear!" Time for a cuppa!

Well, there was no associated downtime.
It took about five mins to apply the update, a process that sometimes takes several hours.
Yep server is alive and kicking...
