At the very least the 8C and 8D are actually in the game, the Panther may be not too far off.

I thought Jameson Memorial had all regular ships and modules available in the game, wasn't there also a ground port that had them all as well?
Size 8 FSDs are not there, neither are human tech broker modules.
That's why I said "regular modules" and not "human and guardian tech broker modules", I am surprised the size 8 FSD's aren't there though, I thought that was one of the points of the place!
There is (currently?) no ship that could use a size 8 FSD, which might be the reason for it being unavailable in ShinDez.

You wish... with the ship's mass and FD's correction factor, you'll be lucky to jump from Sol to Alpha Centauri.
Actually, an 8A FSD (g5 increased range + mass manager) could jump a Panther Clipper with a total mass of 3600t about 20ly
And that total mass of 3600t could be enough for that Panther Clipper to carry in excess of 1300t of cargo, even if we account for a hull mass of 1500t
I put it in my DBX. I mean, I had to remove the life support, sensors, thrusters, power plant, and everything else. It's basically now just my chair strapped to the top of the 8A FSD, the 5H Guardian FSD booster attached with duct tape and the SRV being tugged along by a rope.
It works great, except for some reason I end up at Sag A* regardless of what destination I punch in.
